The client wanted tier on tier style shutters in her traditional Victorian home in Kingston. Tier on tier style give the flexibility of opening the top half of the shutter independently of the bottom, allowing better light control. Tier on tier works well made out of hardwood, our Fiji range as it’s a much lighter material and more hardwearing. This is good when you are opening and closing the shutters on a regular basis.
